If Ice Scream 1: Scary Game is about J Brown (character) trying to rescue his best friend Charlie Owens (who has orange hair) from the clutches of Rod Sullivan (the evil ice cream seller), in Ice Scream 2: Horror Neighborhood, Charlie's sister, Lis Owens, is kidnapped by Rod.
At the beginning of the story, like Charlie Owens, one day, Lis Owens wants to buy ice cream sold by Rod on the street without knowing who Rod really is.
This is because Charlie Owens has repeatedly tried to tell her about being kidnapped by Rod while trying to buy the ice cream he sells, but his sister (Lis Owens) ignores him.
As a result of ignoring Charlie Owens's story, Lis Owens eventually gets caught by the cruel ice cream seller, Rod Sullivan, who likes to prey on children, especially those who are a bit chubby.
As usual, J Brown (the character) will risk his life to save his friends from becoming Rod's victims by exploring the entire map and solving all the difficult puzzles!

The graphics can be said to be average, lacking the feeling of being in the game; the character's movement is quite stiff and funny. There is a little bit of 3D and it is not too cartoonish.
STORYLINE & GAMEPLAY
You, as a close friend of Lis Owens, Charlie Owens's sister (the NPC with orange hair), get caught while she is buying ice cream from Rod Sullivan, and you want to save her.
Lis does not know that Rod is not a good ice cream seller, as Rod likes to kidnap chubby children to make his latest ice cream recipe.
Then, to save Lis, you must face challenges by solving several puzzles in different types of maps, most of which are very confusing.
While you are in the process of trying to save Lis by solving various puzzles, a secret about Rod Sullivan is uncovered regarding why he became so cruel to children, especially those who are a bit chubby.
It turns out that during school, Rod was bullied by his classmates. Rod was always teased about his chubby body due to constantly trying his father's latest ice cream recipes.
Because of this, it left a deep wound in Rod Sullivan's heart, making him unable to accept his condition and hate children who are chubby like him.

- Explore the entire map: Each map contains its own puzzles; you must always be aware of your surroundings.
- Items may not be in drawers: To find items, don’t just look in drawers; there are also items on cabinets, tables, kitchens, and others. Pay close attention!
- Chain puzzles: To solve the puzzles, if you feel lost and don’t know what to do, you can check the puzzle buttons (at the top left). For your information, the puzzles in Ice Scream 1: Scary Game are chained, meaning to solve these puzzles, you must complete them in order.
- Store items in the van: For every item you find, whether it has been used or not, store them in Rod's ice cream van, as you may need them later!

The gameplay is very challenging, with confusing puzzles. Even when playing at normal difficulty, it still doesn't feel easy, and it's slightly harder than Ice Scream 1!
I just didn't quite like the part that is almost at the end after breaking the church wall with the bomb; it was very difficult for me to enter due to the debris.
I have tried several times but had to cut that part. To enter, I had to lure Rod away from me, and only then could I attempt to enter the church through the debris.
Overall, it was quite okay for me.
