The graphics are somewhat cartoonish and colorful, featuring slight 3D elements that are quite appealing.

STORYLINE & GAMEPLAY

Part 1

For Part 1 of the Strange Hill game, it's mostly a tutorial for me as there's still a lot to explore in the world of Strange Hill. For your information, Strange Hill is an open-world game with many missions to complete.

In this first part, I managed to complete a few missions, including rescuing Ben (the main character's best friend) and Howard (the last scientist Hopper).

Part 2

For Part 2 of the Strange Hill game, it wasn't too difficult for me. This time, I needed to explore a house guarded by Gloria, who is Dr. Wood's right-hand woman.

I had to find three keys hidden in secret locations, with the door located on the chair in the room where we rescued Howard in episode 1.

To obtain these three keys, I had to face soldiers among the Hoppers, and the toughest part was getting past Gloria, who is big and strong! Once she screams, your knees will surely shake, slowing your escape.

Part 3

For Part 3 of the Strange Hill game, I've unlocked something new that I call 'High Stomp,' which allows me to activate a function for each map when I approach certain objects.

When I jump onto these objects, they power up my jumps significantly, making it very suitable for escaping from enemies.

In this part 3, I was also sent to a map that is a maze, where I needed to pull levers to activate three types of towers. However, it's not as easy as it sounds because I will be disturbed by Hoppers controlled by Dr. Wood, who also intervenes in this mission!

Part 4

For Part 4 of Strange Hill, I am still on a mission given by a Hopper named Croleone, whose base is underground.

This mission can be considered more challenging than the previous ones given by Croleone, as I need to travel to another world through a portal, which is also guarded by the fierce Gloria.

In this world, I am tasked with rescuing some of Croleone's gang family members who have been imprisoned by Dr. Wood and destroying their base.

To reach this base, I need to navigate a path with very hot lava, and there are quite a few Hoppers controlled by Dr. Wood.

Part 5

For Part 5, I will only be doing sub-quests (not the main quest).

Most of these sub-quests are quite easy; I just need to eliminate Hoppers located in specific places, such as at the quest giver's house, in the park, and so on.

However, during the gameplay, I didn't notice that I accidentally clicked 'Stop Record' on the gameplay screen for about 15 minutes, which caused a slight disruption while completing the sub-quests.

But for me, there's no significant issue since it's just a sub-quest!

TIPS & TRICKS

• Complete main objectives first: In the Strange Hill game, there are main objectives and sub-objectives. Complete the main ones first.
• Don't rush into attacks: Don't be too hasty to attack the Hoppers. It's best to survey your surroundings first, as there may be dangerous Hoppers that can shoot!
• Eliminate signal Hoppers: Take out or eliminate the signal Hoppers (those with emergency lights on their heads) first, as they will signal all other Hoppers to attack you.
• Use stealth more: Your gloves only have two shots. Taking down one enemy at a time is the best approach.
• Look out for hidden Hoppers: There are Hoppers wearing straw hats and wielding katanas. If you're alert and manage to find this Hopper, you'll be rewarded.

Overall gameplay is very engaging for me. Although it is not overly photorealistic and somewhat cartoonish, I find it acceptable. Besides photorealistic games, which provide a stronger 'feel' for the gaming world, I believe a cartoonish style that isn't overly exaggerated has its charm.

There are many puzzles to solve, a variety of missions, and most importantly, there are checkpoints. For those who prefer games without checkpoints to feel more realistic, this game might not be suitable for you.

However, for me, I prefer playing games with checkpoints because I feel more certain about what I need to do compared to having to think completely. Nonetheless, I will try to use my creativity first!
